“And those who went before and those who followed were shouting, ‘Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David! Hosanna in the highest!’” (Mark 11:9–10}
Jesus was in the center of the procession and the people all around him were shouting “Praise God!”
In the center of our worship, we find Jesus. He is God who has come among us to reveal the Father’s grace and truth. He fills us with his spirit. His sacrifice and victory over death are at the “Center” of our forgiveness and victorious future.Jesus Christ our Lord is “The Center”.
Father, open our eyes and help us to see what we need to have your son be the center of our lives. Amen
